The 'Leftovers' sessions mainly consisted of songs that didn't make the first two albums that Jeff couldn't part with. He strongly felt it was up to the public to decide what was good and what wasn't. With that mentality, he complied tracks from his "Napalm Blue" days and tracks that weren't included on his first two albums. The first 5 tracks were actually taken from Jeff's first album titled "Law Of The Order". Released without a record company and only on cassette in 1993, "Law Of The Order" consisted of tracks that Jeff wrote for the band "Napalm Blue" including Cry War. Jeff also re-recorded How Long, a song by his friend Dan Davis. Both "Saints & Sinners Serenade" and "Leftovers" were released together in the summer of 1998. The cover picture that was used on the album cover was an actual picture of Jeff's refrigerator at the time. Pretty sad, indeed!
