After completing the sessions for 'Selling My Sanity', Jeff decided it was time to make the acoustic album he had always envisioned he could make. He felt that some of his previous songs didn't come out as well as they could have. And some other songs, he had alternate versions with alternate tempos. So he thought of combinding these two into a raw, simple effective package. Sessions for 'Bare Bones' only took 3 months to complete from start to finish. Jeff added three new songs, "Torn", "Too Blind To See" and Nothing Left To Say, which was also his first single. This album was a bit of a departure from the heavy sound everybody was use to, but Jeff felt it was too personal to not complete it and release it.
